The original CD from The Candlelight Guitarist...
Music for Rest & Renewal
Brad composed and recorded
Music for Rest & Renewal in late September and early October, 2001. Moved by our nation's events, he hoped to create a healing work for people. Thematically centered on values of friendship, hope, faith, and love, the music is designed to complement the accompanying sounds of nature (ocean, stream, waterfall, etc.). The entire CD is presented through the "frame" of a single day: striving to appreciate the moment, taking one day at a time.
In addition to Brad's guitar, the other instruments on the CD include flute, alto flute, bass flute, oboe, string bass, celesta, percussion, keyboards and strings.

"The CD is indeed a rare find, for there was not one track that I was compelled to skip or fast forward. Normally I have a difficult time listening to something unless it is exceedingly good. I'm happy to say that, try as I might, I could not pick any one favorite, as all of the selections were excellent. A few, like "Rainy Day Canon", and "Happy Is" could play in the background of each minute of my day and I would not grow weary of them. I highly recommend this beautifully performed CD."
